Services
We are currently offering photography, arial photography, AI enhancements and shorter film clips. We do not offer 3d tours or floorplans.
Prices
All prices are per unit regardless of the units size.
A package can be increased or decreased on site. Just speak to the photographer. Provided that the photographer has the necessary equipment and the free time, additional services can also be agreed on site.
In case you have several units in the same building we give a discount on 50€ on every unit after the first one.
Almost 90% of our sales is the Real Estate 10 images package. This is the safe choice in almost any situation.

For other packages and products, the prices are listed in the booking system when you book the shoot.
Booking
1) Booking is done online.
2) Go to www.immophoto.lu and click on “book now”
3) Choose the photographer (note that the price can vary with 10-15€ depending on photographer, the total cost will be clearly displayed before you book.
4) Choose package and the number of images
5) Fill in the online form
6) Send
7) You (and the photographer) will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the information of the shoot. You will also find the photographers contact details in the e-mail in case you have any questions or need to adjust anything with short notice.
Time on location
When a booking is made our booking system will assign a certain time to the shoot. This can vary between photographers but are always mentioned in the booking.
The time on site is calculated by the booking system in a formula where e. g. the 10 images Real Estate package is assigned a certain time as a base. The time will increase depending on the number of how many pictures and additional services that are ordered.
The total assigned time for a shoot is summarised and mentioned in the confirmation e-mail.
If the object is well prepared and we all are in place at the right time, the assigned time slot is more than enough for us to provide you with the high quality images that you expect.
Preparation
It is assumed that the object is well prepared before the photographer arrive. The assigned time does not allow for the photographer to wait on site for an object to be prepared or a room cleaned.
If the shoot extends beyond the assigned time due to poor preparation the photographer may have to leave before the shoot is finished as he may have another appointment after your shoot. In this case the full fee will be charged. The photographer is not expected to clean, move furniture, or remove clutter. However, if there is time, we do of course offer a helping hand.
Digital removal
Digital removal of disturbing objects is included in the price and is often a more economical way of cleaning away clutter. There are however technical limitations on how much that can be removed in photoshop. It is always best to clean and prepare as much as possible in real life instead of relying on the editor.
A blue sky is always guaranteed though!
Cancelations and rescheduling
A shoot can, without charge, be cancelled or rescheduled an unlimited number of times until 24 hours before the shoot.
Rescheduling can easily be done via the initial e-mail confirmation you received for the booking.
A shoot cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance of the shoot is subject to a €40 cancelation fee. The cancelation of a shoot less than 24 hours of the shoot must be done by phone.
The booking system will not allow a booking to be made less than 24-hour in advance. For urgencies, give us a call and we will try to help you.
Delivery
You will be able to download your images via an on-line image gallery. The delivery is in general done within 24 hours or, in case of weekend or national holiday, the next working day.
The images will be stored in the gallery for an indefinite time for future downloads.
Payment
Invoicing is done via e-mail, and the invoice is due within 14 days from receipt. Please let us know to which email address you would like to receive the invoice
